Description

STATEMENT OF WORK A.GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Title of Project: Installation of power outlets in support of the RTLS project in the Manhattan Campus. These outlets are needed in Cath Lab (12W) and in OR (Bldg. 6/Floor 4) and the locations can be seen on the map below. In order to remain on-schedule and on-budget with the RTLS project for NY Harbor, this is an urgent and compelling request. These outlets are needed to be able to install RTLS in the Cath Lab and OR. 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. This request is for the installation of power outlets in support of the RTLS project in the Manhattan Campus. These outlets are needed in Cath Lab (12W) and in OR (Bldg. 6/Floor 4) and the locations can be seen on the map below. This is an urgent and compelling need for the NY Harbor Campus in order to remain on-time and on-budget for the RTLS project. On the map below the areas that say NEED POWER require a single duplex receptacle. Anything marked with a "D" should be ignored. 3. Background: The Sterile Processing Workflow (SPW) application of the Real Time Location System (RTLS) project specifically relies on having available power for the Cath Lab cabinets and the Instrument Workstations in the OR. In preparation for the implementation of RTLS, there need to be sufficient power outlets available in the Cath Lab and the OR to accommodate for the cabinets and workstations. In order to not delay the RTLS project, we are seeking an urgent and compelling work request for the installation of these outlets in the areas designated above. The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required: 4. Performance Period: The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 30 calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the Government accepts the contractor's proposal, the contractor's proposed completion date shall prevail. 5. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS: The RTLS outlets should have/be: "One duplex receptacle at each designated "NEED POWER" location on the drawings above "Contractor must leave no dust "Contractor must work after hours to avoid interrupting scheduled OR and Cath Lab cases "Contractor must have completed the below attached training requirements.
