Description

This is a name brand or equal solicitation. If you are bidding products that are not name brand, but equal to, you must provide sufficient documentation that the items you are bidding equal to or better than the name brand components. Brand Name or Equal to: Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX Research Flow Cytometer Salient Characteristics: 1.We require a research Flow Cytometer. 2.It must have easily upgradeable detection capabilities for up to 3 lasers and 13 color research flow cytometry. 3.It needs to have atleast 21 configuration options. 4.It needs to be able to acquire up to 15 parameters on a single sample, up to 13 color fluorescence data channels, plus forward and side scatter. 5.It needs to have calibrated sample volume delivery to perform absolute cell counts without a requirement to use expensive bead products. 6.It needs to have fixed optical alignment so there is no requirement for adjustment of optical system. 7.It needs to be small enough to fit either on a counter or in a laminar flow hood. 8.It needs to be able to process samples at sample flow rates between 10 microliters and 240 microliters per minute to provide high sensitivity and adjustable flow rates, and a high degree of flexibility in the types of analysis that is being performed. 9.It must be able to detect particles down to 0.2 microns.
