- Catholic Priest The contractor shall provide non-personal Contract Clergy services at Tripler Army Medical Center, which shall contribute to a stable workforce tasked with providing quality health care services to a diverse beneficiary population. The Contractor shall provide Catholic ministry and Pastoral Care in support of the Department of Ministry and Pastoral Care (DMPC) program at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. Said program shall be in keeping with the ecclesiastical requirements and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church in order to meet the spiritual and moral needs of the TAMC Catholic community which, for the purpose of this contract, is defined as staff, patients and Family members to include all DoD authorized civilians.
