The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting proposals in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-15-062-REL for Meaningful Use Consultant Services for the Indian Health Service/Tribal/Urban (I/T/U) programs in the Billings Area (Montana and Wyoming). The procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 3305, 3306, and Chapter 37); FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 1906 and 1907)); FAR 37.101, Non Personal Service Contract; and FAR Subpart 37.6, Performance-Based Acquisition.
