- Request for quote for long gun lockers HSCEDM-15-Q-00025 Statement of work listing specific requirements Long Gun Lockers for Centennial, CO Sub Office Combined/Synopsis Solicitation IAW FAR 12.603 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation number HSCEDM-15-Q-00025 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this combined synopsis/solicitation will result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is requesting a quotation to provide the Centennial Sub-office, located at 12445 E. Caley Avenue, Centennial, CO 80111, Long Gun Lockers to secure officers' newly issued M4 rifles and maintain officer safety with in the Centennial, CO sub office. Contractors must be able to meet the following Government requirements: 1. Deliver the locker cabinets with capability to store 25 individual long guns, please refer to statement of work (SOW) for specific requirements. 2. Contractor shall deliver all equipment specified to the loading dock at the Centennial Colorado facility. 3. Contractor shall contact Terry Villanueva at (720)-875-2038 or (303) 472-5564 within 10 days after contract award to schedule date and time of delivery of equipment. Period of performance will begin within 10 days of award and continue through date of delivery and Government acceptance of all items. The Government will award on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. The following FAR Clauses are incorporated by reference, the Offeror may obtain the full text of the clauses electronically at web site http://www.arnet.gov/far: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies with evaluation factor of: (1) Lowest price technically acceptable. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and submit their representation and certifications FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-81. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337215: size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is small business set aside. Closing date or response date for this synopsis/solicitation is September 17, 2015 at 8:00am, Pacific Time. Only e-mail or fax responses will be accepted.
