- Solicitation Performance Work Statement Floor Plan (Carlyle Place - 3rd Floor) Floor Plan (Time Life - 3rd Floor) Wage Determination Floor Plan (Carlyle Place - 6th Floor) Floor Plan (Carlyle Place - 4th Floor) The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to procure services where prospective contractors provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure supplemental cleaning of refrigerators/freezers and microwaves at USPTO. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated at a mutually agreed upon price for one base year and four option years. This action will be 100% set-aside for small businesses on a competitive basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, with a business size standard of $18 million. The anticipated period of performance for the base period is 29 October 2015 through 28 October 2016. This action includes four (4) subsequent, 12 month option periods; spanning from 29 October 2015 through 28 October 2020. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 14 September 2015 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
