- S5105A-15-R-0014 Amendment Inquiry Answers The purpose of this modification is to issue the answers to questions recieved in response to solicitation, please see the attachment,Inquiry Answers. Additionally, due to the questions recieved the Government has amended the solicitation to change the type of contract requested from firm fixed price to labor hour. Additionally, Labor Categories and estimated Full Time Equivalents have been identified. Lastly, the deadline for submission of offers has been extended to September 23, 2015 @ 12:00PM (Noon) EST.
