- Naval Warfare Center Aircraft Divison (NAWCAD) intends to purchase one-year software/hardware maintenance renewal for Microsoft Premier Support on a sole source basis from Microsoft Corporation of Seattle, WA. Microsoft Corporation is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to NAWCAD no later than 14:00 EST 16 September 2015. Such information should be addressed to the attention of Eric Jindra ( Eric.Jindra@navy.mil ). The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS Code is 541512.
