- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center located at Fort Bragg, NC plans to issue a Solicitation for Janitorial Services. Place of Performance - Key West, Florida. This action is a 100% Total Small Business set aside. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The anticipated period of performance is on/around 30 September 2015 - 29 September 2016; plus two (2) 12 month option years. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Request for Quote (RFQ). MICC Fort Bragg intends to issue the solicitation within 5 days of this pre solicitation notice. The Government intends on conducting ONE site visit. The specific date/time will be identified in Addendum 52.212-1. The solicitation and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at the Government website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbant upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective quoters must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov under the proposed NAICS code. The proposed NAICS code (subject to change if determined to be necessary) for this requirement is 561720 - Janitorial Services. The associated small business size standard is $18M. The Proposed Product Service Code is S201 - Custodial Janitorial Services.
