This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide all personnel, equipment, labor, management / supervision, transportation and operating supplies/materials to perform all contract work in strict accordance with the specifications and plans required to pre commercial thin areas listed in Appendix A. There must be a designated Contractor representative on the work site while work is being performed who speaks fluent English.
