Description

Per the Veterans First Contracting Program and the authority granted under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109 461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL, intends on entering into sole-source negotiations with VetCon Services, LLC., Land O Lakes, FL for a Design-Build (D-B) project, titled: "Correct USP 797 Deficiencies in Pharmacy Room A486-1". Per VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.203, the D-B project magnitude is between $100,000 to $250,000. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the Government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes, or proposals.
