- ATTACHMENT 0002 ATTACHMENT 0001 SOLICITATION 0000 11SEPT2015 The United States Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for the following: This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) full and open competition solicitation to provide Filter Change outs (removal and installation) and modification of a robotic welding cell ventilation system that is located at a welding laboratory on Detroit Arsenal in Warren, MI. CLIN 0001: Quantity: Two (2) Filter Change Out (removal and installation) to include all transportation, materials and labor. One change out in 2015 and one change out in 2016. The 2015 change out can be completed in conjunction with CLIN 0002. The 2016 change out date to be determined by Government. See Statement of Work for detailed description. CLIN 0002: Quantity: one (1) robotic welding cell exhaust and bin indicator modification to include all transportation, materials and labor. All work to be completed no later than 4 Dec 2015. See Statement of Work for detailed description. All work will be conducted at Building # 200D on Detroit Arsenal in Warren, MI. Basis for award - ACC-WRN intends to award to the lowest responsible offeror.
