Description
Purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers from the combined synopsis/solicitation. 1. Is this a follow-on requirement? If so, could you please provide the incumbent contract number for this opportunity? If not, is this a new requirement? Answer: This is a new requirement with similar scope under contract W912HQ-12-C-0082. 2. Is there an incumbent contractor involved? If so, are they eligible to re-bid on this contract? Answer: Yes there is an incumbent contractor who can re-bid to the public solicitation. 3. For obtaining the NAC clearance, will the USACE provide the winning bidder with the SF-86 forms to apply for the NACI? Answer: The winning bidder would work with contract Agency POC/PM for coordination between agency and HECSA security office. NACI SF-85's and SF-86 will be available to secure NAC clearance. 4. Is previous knowledge of LPMS, DIS, NTNI and the Lock-DW systems a requirement for this contract? Is it acceptable if a contractor with no prior knowledge of these systems but with solid technical expertise in the underlying technologies to take on a steep learning curve and rapidly acclimate to LPMS and DIS systems? Answer: No, previous knowledge is not a requirement. However it would require a steep learning curve but still considered. 5. How many resources is the incumbent contractor (if any) currently using on this contract? Answer: We are not allowed to provide this information.
