- RFP ISSUE DATE: SEPTEMBER 29, 2015 Solicitation for End Item: E3A; NSN: 1560 010118275; COMPENSATOR ASSEMBLY; BOEING, CAGE 81205, P/N 65-2020-59. PR 1000040932. DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR PRODUCTION UNITS IS 219 DAYS ARO. Configuration Control item. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. NAICS is 336413. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES. FOB DESTINATION, Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN. This is a Request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity LTC Contract, base year with 4 option years. EAD is 8 each. Rights Guard, export control specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4437. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
