- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS PROJECT IS RESTRICTED TO THE THREE (3) PREVIOUSLY SELECTED MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. IDIQ MATOC Task Order for Minor Repairs to Building 874 located at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland AFB, TX. The three (3) MATOC Contractors and current contract numbers are as follows: W912QR-15-D-0006 Environet, Inc. W912QR-15-D-0007 T&T Construction Enterprises, LLC.
