Description

Amendment Issued for SOW M67001-16-Q-0001-00001 Amendment to SOW Change From: PRICING: The LIST OF SUPPLIES shall be utilized for pricing information. All quotes submitted shall be the Contractor's Best Pricing. Quotes shall also include a copy of the contractor's current pricing structure/ price formula. The Government reserves the right to exclude a quote from further evaluation and consideration for award if the price is determined not to be fair and reasonable based on the Government's independent cost estimate or market survey. Change To: PRICING: Submitted pricing shall reflect the monthly pricing per gallon of LP Gas for the period October 2014 through September 2015. Pricing submitted shall be inclusive of all associated costs charged per gallon of LP Gas. Pricing submitted shall be that which aligns with the volume stated within this request. Quotes shall also include a copy of the contractor's current pricing structure/ price formula.
