Description

This is a request for information notice. This is not a request for quotes and no contract shall be awarded based on this sources sought notice. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, WI is conducting market research in order to determine the availability and capability of companies to perform Elevator Maintenance/Inspection at four Army Reserve locations; Vancouver, WA; Tacoma, WA; Fairchild, WA and Marysville, WA. Work to be performed under this firm-fixed type contract will be done within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238290-Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $15 Million. Responses should include the following: (1) Reference Sources Sought number (2) DUNS number (3) Size of the business (small or large) and socioeconomic status of the company (i.e. HUBZone small business, 8(a) business, etc.) (4) Statement of capability stating your skills experience, knowledge and equipment required to perform the specified type of work. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. Mission and Installation Contracting Command Centers determination on to complete the proposed requirement will be made by the Contracting Office based on responses to this notice.
