- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AFN BROADCAST SERVICES (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) The solicitation reference number is W564KV-15-R-0008. This acquisition is issued as Request For Proposal (RFP). (III) The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 effective July 2, 2015. (IV) This acquisition not set-aside for small business and is being posted as “unrestricted” under NAICS Code 517210. Business size standard for this NAICS is 1,500 employees. (V-XIII) Located in the following pages. (XIV) This action is not rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
