Description

J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Turnitin, 111 Broadway, 3rd Floor, Oakland, CA 94607, for web-based anti-plagiarism software for all high schools and selected middle schools that can function within DoDEA's secure IT environment. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is from one year from date of award with four 12-month option years. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement by the response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All inquiries must be submitted in writing by email (no telephone inquiries will be accepted) to stesnie.ridley@hq.dodea.edu with the Subject Line "DoDEA Enterprise Anti-Plagiarism Software" in the email's subject line by the response date.
