Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, management, and supervision to accomplish Recreational Park Consolidated Services; recreational park and facilities cleaning, portable toilet units, refuse collection and disposal, beach water sample services at Proctor Lake Parks, TX in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement and Requirements Summary specifications. The period of performance will be identified on the bid schedule which varies from one (12) month base period with two (12) month option periods. The estimated value is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
