- This requirement is being amended to increase the quantity from 1451 each to 2363 each. All else remains the same with closing date 10/04/15. NSN: 1670-01-535-2254, Solicitation: SPE4A715R2501, PR: 0057966475. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for a Reserve Pack Tray A. Requested quantity is 2,363 each. The procurement item description cites IAW US ARMY NATICK SOLDIER, CAGE 81337 DWG 11-1-7726 REV "A" AND APPLICABLE SUPPORTS P/N 11-1-7726-1. QPL-6645 applies. This procurement is being solicited Full & Open after Exclusion of Sources and on an Unrestricted basis. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 675 days ARO. Textile, First Article, and Production Lot testing all apply. 75 days ARO for textile submission, 180 day for First Article submission, and 300 days for Production Lot Testing submission. Including 120 days of evaluation/shipping time equals 675 days ARO. Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
