Description

This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for Online Electronic Resources for Healthcare Database Services. We are seeking contractors capable of providing the following services. This procurement involves numerous medical reference databases such as AAFP Conditions A to Z; Advanced Practice Nursing in the Care of Older Adults, Essential Evidence Plus & AHFS DI ® Essentials, etc ¦ the full listing of all required database will be listed on the solicitation. The database needs to sit on a user friendly platform and include 20 concurrent users as per the statement of work to be provided in solicitation. All services will be performed and accomplished in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and schedule within the statement of work that will be provided. Services will be from 01/01/2016- 12/31/2016 under NAICS 519130. NOTE: This is an all or none requirement. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A solicitation package will be available following this notice on September 15, 2015 in which you sources may then provide quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence of capabilities. Interested parties must respond to this notice no later than close of business (COB) September 16, 2015 to tina.harris3@va.gov. Responding as an interested party under the www.fbo.gov website doesn't constitute convincing evidence of capabilities. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. No telephone calls will be accepted.
