- Create a five year Contract to furnish Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) paint for Red River Army Depot. The vendor will furnish products on the Qualified Products List identified in solicitation W56HZV-15-R-0244, or have interim qualification in the Experimental Products Program. All products will be in accordance with applicable military standards. All products will accompany a material safety data sheet (MSDS) and will be approved by RRAD Environmental personnel prior to delivery of any products.
