This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SEE FULL SOLICITATION ATTACHED FOR ALL DETAILS. STATEMENT OF WORK: 1. The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) requires the purchase of a large Vinyl Printer and Cutter. 2. Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. If quoted item is open-market, vendor shall state that in Bold. 3. Suspense date for quotes: 16 September, 10:00 a.m. MST (customer's local time) 4. Specifications: a. The specifications of quoted item from vendors shall be equivalent to example brand name presented below. Provide specification sheet with quote showing warranties and details of product. (1) The RRB requires the Mutoh Value Jet 1324 Large Q 54 quote mark Format Printer and Cutter Package (2) Printer Technology- Drop on demand Micro Piezo Inkjet Technology 4 -color Print head: C,M,Y,K (3) Maximum media width must be at least 54 quote mark (4) Print Speed: up to 565 sf/hour (5) Multiple Print Modes Resolutions: 1440/720/360 DPI: 12 Modes (6) Ink Type: Eco Ultra Ink (7) 4 Colors (C,M,Y,A) (8) Interface: Ethernet 10/100 Base TX (9) Memory 128MB (10) Machine dimensions around 73 quote mark X 28 quote mark X 48 quote mark (11) Training must be included in the price of the printer. 5. Quotes must include shipping costs to address: MTARNG JFHQ, ATT: Recruiting/Marketing, 1956 Mt Majo Street, Fort Harrison, MT 59636-4789. 6. Customer requests receipt of the Printer no later than 30 days after date of contract. Training must be completed within 30 days after the arrival of the printer.
