The purpose of this amendment is to include questions and answers. 1.What are the make, model, and quantity of batteries in the UPS system? We have 160 batteries in the UPS: 120 are manufactured by EATON, Part # PWHR12500W4FR, 40 are manufactured by CSB, HRL12500WFR 2.Do you know the date the batteries were last replaced? The 120 Eaton Batteries were replaced in 2012, The 40 CSB Batteries were replaced in 2011. 3.In the specs 1.2 it says "- UPS Module (battery replacement included)". Are you talking about individual jar replacements as they occur or is this full string replacements? Is the costs of the replacement jar(s) separate from this contract, i.e., done on a Time and Material basis? This is a full service contract. Any and all components that are failed will be replaced as needed during the contract performance period.
