- Statement of work Notice to Contractor 16 September 2015 Department of the Navy Naval Medical Center San Diego Material Management/Acquisitions 34800 Bob Wilson Dr., San Diego, CA 92134-5000 This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Under the authority of FAR 13.106.1, Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit this requirement for other than full and open competition for a sole source procurement of service to Medisafe America, LLC, 9423 Corporate Lake Drive, Tampa, Florida 33634. Certified Medisafe America LLC technical specialists only are authorized to access the proprietary software service screen menus in order to run proper repair diagnostics. The solicitation number N00259-15-T-0344 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-83.
