- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The solicitation number is N00189-15-T-0562 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-84 and DFARS Publication Notice 20140828. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) is requesting contractor service support for the information operations and instructor/curriculum design knowledge in the maintenance and execution of both the Advanced and Intermediate MAGTF Information Operations Practitioner ™s Courses in accordance with the five phase process outlined in the System ™s Approach to Training User ™s Guide. The course focus will be on skills needed by staff officers to plan information operations. Contractor support will be used to maintain / revise curriculum and instruct portions of the courses. The courses will instruct naval officers and senior enlisted personnel and are conducted at Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic (EWTGLANT) and designated Mobile Training Team Locations.
