Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: VA259-15-Q-0653, and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81 dated April 10, 2015 This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. NAICS: 325120 and the Classification code is 68. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 19 Network Contracting Office (NCO 19), on behalf of the below location, plans to contract by means of full and open competition, for the various assortments of Oxygen and other Medical Gases required for the VA Montana Health Care System. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price, Base plus 4 year options contract. This RFQ closes on September 23, 2015 at 4:30 PM EST. Proposals must be received on or before the closing date and time of this RFQ. All responding vendors must be registered in SAM.GOV in order to receive an award.
