Description

SS Justification Siemens The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice of award Firm Fix Price award to Siemens Government Technologies utilizing GS-35F-0696M. The intent of this award notice is to provide publication in accordance with FAR 6.305 (d). The intent of this notification is for informational purposes only. This requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Efforts of competition would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that would not be recovered through competition. In order that equipment continues to perform and all necessary maintenance service and repairs are maintained at optimum operation and efficiently. Award to Siemens Government Technologies Inc., is in the best interest of the Government.
