THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE AS FULL AND OPEN. NO SET ASIDE WILL BE USED FOR THIS IFB. Bids will be due NLT 16 October 2015, 2PM CDT. Solicitation number FA4600-15-B-0002 is being issued as an INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-84. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only the pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, and the small business size standard is $33,500,000.00. This solicitation is full and open. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract with a Period of Performance (PoP) of 90 calendar days. The scope of this project consists of the construction repairs to the golf pro shop B9950. The repairs will include removing asbestos, replacing mechanical, updating electrical, rerouting phone system, renovating a new entrance and upgrading all finishes. The site is presently located outside the perimeter fencing of the base and will not require security clearances. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract specifications and drawing sheets which shall be made available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website, which is at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov. If these documents cannot be posted, specific instructions to view the contract specifications and drawing sheets will be included in the solicitation package. Please reference solicitation number FA4600-15-B-0002 on all correspondence. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All contractors shall be System for Award Management (SAM.GOV) registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors must be registered in the SAM.GOV database before a contract can be awarded to your company. NO PARTIAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in the bids. Contact information will be provided in the solicitation. The 55th Contracting Squadron will arrange an escort to provide transportation for the offeror to hand-deliver the bid.
