- Description
- U.S. GOVERNMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) currently leases 9,999 NUSF of office space to house a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) with twenty (20) on-site, reserved parking spaces in San Francisco, California. The current lease is expiring and VA is interested in considering alternative space ONLY if doing so would be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Offered space must be located within the following delineated area of San Francisco, California: North: Market Street; East: The Embarcadero; South: Townsend Street; West: 8th Street. A minimum of 9,500 to a maximum 9,999 NUSF contiguous ground floor space, along with a minimum of 20 on-site, parking spaces reserved for the exclusive use of VA must be offered. The lease term will be five (5) years, three (3) years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and seismic standards per the terms of the Lease, and shall not be located within a 100 year or 500 year flood plain. A fully serviced lease is required.
