- Amendment issued to address change in the seed that will be provided in line item 10 and to provide amound of seed that will be provided. Please see the attachment named revised SOW for line item 10 for changes. LIST OF CHANGES: Big squirreltail (Elymus mulitisetus) - Provide.45 lbs Thurber's Needlegrass will be replaced with Indian ricegrass (Acnaetherum hymenoides) - Provide 1.26 lbs This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number L15PS01180. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 11998 All Other Miscellaneous Crop Farming. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the firm and its Affiliates, for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $7.5 million. The line item numbers are: 0010, Grass Seed --Grow, Harvest, and Increase for the Shoshone Field Office per the Statement of Work. 0020, Forb Seed -- Grow, Harvest, and Increase for the Four Rivers Field Office per the Statement of Work. This solicitation is "All or None" Estimated Period of Performance: 10/01/2015 - 12/01/2018 F.O.B. Point: Destination Usage Tax: Quotes must include all Federal, State usage, and local taxes.
