- Liebert UPS Maintenance Services The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for Liebert UPS maintenance services as follows: CLIN 0001: UPS Systems Maintenance services for the period 29 September 2015 through 28 September 2016. CLIN 1001: UPS Systems Maintenance services for the period 29 September 2016 through 28 September 2017. CLIN 2001: UPS Systems Maintenance services for the period 29 September 2017 through 28 September 2018. CLIN 3001: UPS Systems Maintenance services for the period 29 September 2018 through 28 September 2019. The maintenance services will be for a twelve-month (12) base period with three twelve (12) month option periods. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The provisions and clauses in the Request for Quotations are those in effect through FAC 2005-83. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M00318-15-T-0066. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) and the small business size standard for this procurement is 811213 and 11.0 Million respectively. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the offerorss: Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable (IAW PWS Paragraph 3.7) responsive responsible offeror. See the PWS paragraph 3.1 and 3.7. Provide (1) Certifications, (2) Past Performance references to show experience and (3) Insurance. Offerors shall provide the following with their quote: (1) RFQ - M00318-15-T-0066. (2) A copy of a completed Offeror Representation and Certifications (FAR provision 52.212-3) document. (3) Offeror Information. The RFQ will be available on or around 17 September 2015.
