- ******THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED INDEFINITELY******** DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following item in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) at Bremerton: Thirty-five (35) Goodyear Continental Contitech Plicord 250 Steam Hose or alternate P/N in accordance with FAR 52.217-9002. The required delivery date is 28 September 2015; if offerors cannot meet this delivery date, they MUST specify earliest delivery ARO on the solicitation document, in order to be considered for evaluation. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS Code is 326220. This requirement will be solicited as unrestricted. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes ON the solicitation document posted to FEDBIZOPS, to include but no limited to pricing, manufacturing country, manufacturer zip code, delivery ARO, and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed solicitation document will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 11 September 2015. The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 16 September 2015 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time, less than the typical ten day period. The RFQ will be posted on FEDBIZOPS web link at https://www.fbo.gov/and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
