- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No: W81XWH-15-T-00413 will be issued on 14 September 2015 and quotes will be due on 21 September 2015 @ 3:00 PM CDT. The Government requirement is for a purchase order to procure a Rheometer with peripheral equipment for the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research, 3698 Chambers Pass, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Offers will evaluated according to lowest price technically accepted, (LPTA) evaluation criteria. A technical evaluation will be completed IAW FAR 52.212-2 contained in the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification Sysytem (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. There will be no hard copies of the solicitation issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation, attachments, and any resulting amendments.
