- SF-1449 Scope of Work for Bolts 1.) The purpose of this contract is to provide bolts for forming and pouring of a permanent concrete structure underneath the upstream bulkheads and for mounting timbers to the miter gates. 2.) The contractor shall quote a price of the bolts to include shipping of the product. 3.) Delivery date of the anchor bolts shall be on 20 November 2015. 4.) The wedge anchor bolt dimensions are as followed and should include a nut and washer for each. Lengths can be + or - ½": 50 each - ¾" x 10", steel with a thread length of at least 3" 50 each - ¾"x 8", steel with a thread length of at least 3" 30 each - ¾" x 8", stainless steel with a thread length of at least 3" 30 each - ¾" x 6", stainless steel with a thread length of at least 3" 2,500 each - ½" x 6", mild steel 200 each - ¼" x 4", mild steel 5.) The hardware for installing timbers to the gates should be as follows: 550 each - ¾" X 10" bolts, steel with a galvanized coating and a thread length of at least 3" 550 each - ¾" X 12" bolts, steel with a galvanized coating and a thread length of at least 3" 1,100 each - ¾" nuts with same thread pitch as bolts and with the galvanized coating 3,000 each - ¾" flat washers, galvanized coating, outside diameter is to be 2" 6.)
