- Sole Source The Naval Hospital Bremerton Contracting Office anticipates entering into sole source procurement negotiations with Datex-Ohmeda, Inc., for the AssurePoint maintenance of the GE S/5 Avance Config anesthesia machines and S/5 Compact Airway Modules located in the Anesthesia department at Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton WA. This announcement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. The above authority is cited and justification has been made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can only be satisfied for services available from one source. The NAICS code is 811219 and is not being set-aside for small businesses. The Small Business Standard is $20.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by September 22, 2015 by 10:00 AM PST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. All interest received on or before September 22, 2015 will be evaluated by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
