- SF1449 Solicitation MICC Fort Leavenworth has a requirement for LED light fixture to replace existing 1500W quartz lighting. Light is for security and is mounted on the fence line of the USDB and JRCF. LED light requirements: a)Color Rendering Index (CRI) minimum of 90; b)Color Temperature Minimum of 5500K; c)Power under 500 watts; d)Minimum 25,000 lumens; e)L90 Life minimum 80,000 hours; f)Wireless, remote operation capable, g)Adjustable orientation, 90 degrees left/right, 90 degrees up, down. h)Brand name or equal to Horner EKTG A-300 Area light fixture. Ship to Fort Leavenworth, KS Basis for award: Lowest price technically acceptable. The offeror is required to provide clear proof the item they are proposing meets the requirements. If a firm is offering an equal product, the quote must demonstrate that the product conforms to the salient characteristics by providing product specifications for the item proposed.
