- SPECIAL NOTICE R15PX01167 Support and Maintenance Renewal for Aquarius Software PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: The Bureau of Reclamation, El Paso Field Division Office, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for support and maintenance agreement of the Aquarius hydrometric workstation and server access. This requirement is for four (4) single user licenses base period with two (2) option years. This service must be delivered to the El Paso Field Division for the period of October 1, 2015 thru September 30, 2016 and so forth on an FOB Destination basis. COMPETITION: Purchase Order No. R15PX001100 is expected to be a sole source award to Central Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. as they are the only provider of electrical services in Eddy County, NM. A firm-fixed price utility contract is contemplated. Purchase Order No. R15PX01167 is expected to be a sole source award to Aquatic Informatics, Inc. as they are the only provider of maintenance services for the proprietary Aquarius Hydrometric Software. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 541511 with a small business size standard of $25.0 M. RESPONSES: Any responses received under this special notice will be used for market research purposes only. Please respond no later than Friday, September 18, 2015. No award will be made as a result of this Notice. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Notice.
