- Amendment 1: Clarifies October training dates and training location in the PWS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 8th TSC requires a tailored Design Thinking Method Training for 30 of its staff. The Design Thinking Method was popularized by the Stanford Business School and is well regarded by industry, academics,and government agencies for its reputation of enabling organizations to think through complex problems.
