- The Contracting Office for United States Property and Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri located at 7101 Military Circle, Jefferson City, MO 65201 intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) on or about 18th of September, 2015 to award a firm fixed price supply contract to disassemble (1EA) C-130 aircraft from Chanute Air Force Base (Near Rantoul, IL); then transport to and reassemble at JFHQ MONG, Jefferson City MO. This requirement will be posted on or about 18th September, 2015 as a TOTAL Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 484230 [Specialized Freight (except Used Goods) Trucking, Long-Distance] and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. Interested offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. A pre-site visit at both locations will be available during the week of 21-25 September, 2015. This contract will be awarded on or around 28th of September, 2015 The award will be based off of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with factors of Technical Acceptability and Cost/Price.
