Description

The subject RFP for RN Services at Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart GA is hereby amended to extend the RFP closing date from 18 Sept 2015, 4:00PM EST to 25 September 2015, 4:00PM EST. The amendment notice is attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Personal Services for RNs at Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart Georgia. The health care provider shall provide personal services of TNs of generalized and specialized type for: Labor and Delivery (LD), Mother Baby Unit (MBU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progrssive Care Units (PCU), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Family Care Unit (FCU), and Emergency Room (ER)in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Performance Work Statement for the Period of Performance: 1 October 2015 - 30 September 2020, include base and 4 option year periods. quote mark Total compensation for health care providers shall not exceed either $400,000 per year, to include bonuses, incentivesm and reimbursements) based on Title 10 U.S.C. Section 1091 or the FTER of $208.33 as established under DoD instruction 6025.5.
