- Langley Research Center (LaRC) has many aging facilities. As part of the FY15 Maintenance Program, several facilities have been identified as needing various repairs including, but not limited to:Masonry Repair, Brick Repair, Roof Repair, Foundation Repair, Cleaning, Sealing, and Painting. This contract was awarded as a sole-source 8(a) award in accordance with FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.203-5. An SBA Offering letter was submitted on June 10, 2015 and the SBA Acceptance letter was received on June 12, 2015.
