- USCGC Washington - Solicitation USCGC Washington - Specification USCGC WASHINGTON DRY DOCK REPAIRS FY16 HSCG80-16-Q-P45005 All work is to be performed in accordance with USCGC WASHINGTON (WPB 1331) Specification for Drydock Repairs FY16, REV-0, dated 30 JUNE 2015. Work covered by this solicitation, specification and resulting contract shall be completed within one hundred and eight (113) calendar days from the date the vessel becomes available to the Contractor. This availability is scheduled to start on or about 05 JAN 2016 and end on or about 26 APRIL 2016.
