Amendment 3: To change response close time from 17 September 2015 at 11:00 a.m. PDT to 17 September 2015 at 2:00 p.m. PDT. Amendment 2: To upload two photos with specific pool measurements and to add a question and answer section. Amendment: To change response date from 14 September 2015 at 11:00 a.m. PDT to 17 September 2015 at 11:00 a.m. PDT. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation number: F1S3AG5212A001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation also uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20150826, AFFARS (AFAC) 2015-0406. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest priced and is technically acceptable. NAICS is 423910 with a Small Business size standard of 100 employees. FSC/SVC code is 7830. AFTC/PZIOA, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking: Fitted pool cover with anchoring system for the Sonic Splash pool - 1 each safety cover •· 3,952 sq. ft. •· 2,708 sq. ft. based on rectangular size of 72' Length X 39' Width •· Parameter of pool, 108 tiles and 4 corner tiles. Tiles are 2', corner tiles are 1'8" - 92 each replacement pop-up anchors - 92 each replacement stainless springs - 1 sq custom full ladder cutout This is the request for quotation (RFQ). This is an "All or None" acquisition; incomplete quotes will not be considered. QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Interested parties who believe they can meet all of the requirements for the services described in this combined synopsis/solicitation are invited to submit a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation.
