- ***THE FULL SOLICITATION DESCRIBING CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is September 30, 2015. *** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform janitorial services for the Siuslaw National Forest, Hebo Ranger Station, 31525 Hwy 22, Hebo, Oregon 97122. This service includes the Main building: two story, 9034 square feet; Annex: two story, with the fire offices upstairs and the wellness room downstairs, 2880 square feet. The anticipated contract period is November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016, with two (2) option years. The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 561720 and the small business size standard for the code is $18 million average receipts over the past three years.
