- Statement of Work (SOW) Request For Quote (RFQ) The 502 d Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer Street, Building 4196, San Antonio, TX, 78234, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate solictation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation number FA3016-15-N-0046 IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is being solicited Full and Open via FedBizOpps. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, which has a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 effective 3 Sep 2015. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price contract for removal and replacement of Courtesy Docks at the Jacob's Creek boat ramps of, in support of the Force Support Squadron (502 FSS).
