- Specifications for Microwave Communication Equipment The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division has a requirement for Aviat Networks Eclipse Microwave Equipment. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action. The Government intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed price contract to Aviat Networks. Interested parties that are authorized distributors or resellers of Aviat Networks Eclipse 7/8GHz Microwave Communication equipment may identify their interest and capability to respond to this special notice by sending their companies capability statements directly to Ryan S. Edmonds at ryan.edmonds@navy.mil. This notice of interest is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals.
