The purpose of this modification is to remove the following statement from the Base Pre-Solicitation Notice; However, it is anticipated there will not be a construction requirement for this project being that only legionella water mapping of three buildings and the identification of items that need to be resolved per VA Directive 1061 need to be accomplished via this project only. It is anticipated that there will be a construction requirement for this project and this project is not related to legionella. This statement should have never been incorporated into the Pre-Solicitation Notice. All other terms and conditions of Base Pre-Solicitation remain unchanged.
