- Statement of Work Attachment Statement of Work Combined Synopsis Solicitation This requirement is to intall a Valcom Multipath Intercom/Communication System in 5 buildings across Vance AFB. The purpose of this system is to provide Emergency Mass Notification Systems (EMNS) capabilities to theses buildings. The equipment will become part of the existing Valcom Multipath Intercom/Communication system A site visit will be held on Monday, 21 September 15 at 10:00 AM CST. If interested please provide a maximum of two names and drivers license/ID numbers for those who will be attending to Erik.villarreal.2@us.af.mil. Please meet at the visitors center no later than 9:45 AM CST where you will be picked up by a shuttle that will take you to visit each building then drop you off at the visitors center.
